If you no longer wants to manually find the patient in 3Shape, then we have this guide to help you.
This interface supports all 3Shape clinic setups i.e. both standalone & client-server and TRIOS MOVE. The Web Service (REST) interface is part of the Dental Desktop server and is included and automatically enabled with all 3Shape TRIOS installations running 1.7.31.1 and above.
The integration methods are called via HTTP(S) requests to the TRIOS IP address. It is therefore strongly recommended to reserve the TRIOS IP address on the DHCP server.
This guide has 3 parts:
- 3Shape configuration:
Preparing the 3Shape software + PC
- Muntra configuration (clinic):
Enables Muntra to send patient information to a specific 3Shape client.
- Muntra configuration (user):
Specifies what user / 3Shape Communicate account that the order will be related to.
Prerequisites:
3Shape Unite version 1.7.31.1 or above.
Muntra version 1.1.920 or above.
